This series of photos is following a group of moose hunters in Mid-Norway during the moose hunting season in September/ October 2009.
As well as gathering meat for the winter, moose hunting is a traditional ritual where socialising and bonding as well as the appreciation of nature are very much in the centre. The annual moose hunt is a highlight of the year for many hunters.
